Your Right to Opt Out
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives California residents the right to tell a business to stop selling or sharing their personal information. Similar rights are available under Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah privacy laws.
You have this right regardless of whether you have an account with us.
How to Exercise This Right
You have two options. Either is effective.
Send a Global Privacy Control Signal
The simplest method: enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a compatible browser or browser extension. The signal is sent with every request and we honor it site-wide. You do not need to log in, give us an email, or fill a form.
Submit an Opt-Out Request
Or, submit the web form at /legal/do-not-sell#form. We do not require account creation to submit the form — an email address is enough for us to confirm receipt and apply the opt-out to any records we can match.
Authorized Agent Requests
You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We will ask the agent to provide proof of authorization — typically a signed written permission — and we may ask you to confirm the request directly. If the agent has a valid power of attorney under California Probate Code §§ 4000–4465 we will accept that instead.
Non-Discrimination
We will not charge you a different price, provide a different level of service, or deny you a product or service because you exercised any privacy right described on this page.
