Editorial Content & Medical Disclaimer
Wellness Wire publishes editorial content about health optimization, pharmacology, and clinical research. The content is produced by journalists and reviewed by practicing clinicians on our masthead, but it is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Confidential source agreements — including materials submitted to a tips line — are governed by our Ethics Policy and take precedence over this section.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws, those laws may give you rights that supersede this section.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.
